Over the past 5 years, Veronica Mistretta has been highly involved in freelance modeling and is represented non-exclusively by Gramercy Models Inc., in NYC and ModelWorldEntertainment in Jersey City, NJ. She continues to be involved in modeling from time to time as opportunities arise, but discovered her true passion is in makeup artistry and therefore has been actively practicing makeup since 2003.
Veronica was officially certified as a professional makeup artist in 2005 in "Bridal and Celebrity" makeup techniques. She also holds a degree in Applied Science for Fashion Marketing and Management from Berkeley College (2001), and a skincare certification in the European skincare lines (Vichy, LA Roche-Posay, NeoStrata, and Eau Thermale Avene, in 2006). She also has a solid 10 years of experience in merchandising/management. After working independently as a freelance makeup artist doing everything from weddings to fundraisers, fashion shows and comp card shoots for aspiring models, Flawless Face LLC was officially born in early 2006, and has continued to grow rapidly ever since.
Veronica has worked for Estee Lauder as their full time makeup artist in 2007 and continues to work with Flawless Face LLC on a part time basis. She also has become proficient in airbrush makeup artistry, which is in extremely high demand within all aspects of makeup---including everything from bridal to celebrity, fashion and television.
